And the Winners Are ........

Hello Ladies:
3 WIN members answered the Virtual Assistant quiz correctly. As you did so well, rather than limiting it to 2 winners, as I originally stated, I'm going to offer all 3 of you a prize of your choice.

The Winners are: Chris G., Kate Z. and Terri M. Great job!

Just let me know your prize preference from the following:

1. 30 minutes of Virtual Assistant services.
2. 30 business cards scanned into a database and exported to an e-mailable Excel spreadsheet.
3. 30 mailing addresses entered into Word and printed on white address labels.

Thanks for playing and see you next week.

Hi All,

FYI - MaxFitness is undergoing a makeover. Bigger and better. I am very excited! In the meantime, we will still be burning calories, and building new bodies.

Need a no-nonsense way to determine your daily allotment of calories? Take your goal weight and multiply by 11 for a woman and 12 for a man. So a woman who wants to weigh 140 lbs. should get about 1540 calories a day (140 x 11). Wasn't that easy?

Have a great day!
